Will Hughes has been a first team player for Derby County for the past three seasons, cementing a central midfield role. He started in the Derby academy and is still at the club.

He made his début for the East Midland side in 2011 against Peterborough. Since then he has made 137 appearances for Derby and he has scored 10 goals for them. He has been closely watched by many clubs and has been connected to clubs like Manchester United and Manchester City.
