10. Alan Pardew (Crystal Palace)
Despite the occasional screaming outburst, or the odd-head-butt now and then, Alan Pardew has proven himself to be a very good Premier League manager, due most noticeably to his time at West Ham, Newcastle and now Crystal Palace.
The fact that he is now the second longest serving manager in the Premier League highlights this. He did a stellar job at Crystal Palace last season where he took over a team left adrift at the bottom of the league and struggling for points, and took them to the safe-realms of mid-table. The fast and direct style of football his Palace side play has won many admirers, and Pardew will hope to try and take his team to the next level next season.
