Championship contenders for the upcoming season

A team that could challenge Derby for the title is Hull City. Following a frustrating season last year; being relegated from the Premier League on the final day, Hull will be looking to bounce back with a strong season on their return to the Championship.

They are not recognised for scoring goals, therefore Hull’s defence is going to be key next season against some formidable Championship opposition. With numerous teams containing goal scorers who are capable of getting over 15 goals  a season, Hull are going to have to rely on a solid defence and will have to score a number of goals themselves.

A few additional signings may be needed but with the experience of Steve Bruce, they are certainly competent enough to finish in a strong position.
