Steven Nzonzi has completed a move from Stoke City to Sevilla for around £7m, according to Sky Sports.
The 26-year-old midfielder joins the Europa league champions after a successful spell at Stoke, appearing in 109 games since joining in 2012.
Nzonzi had another year left on his contract – of which Stoke were hopeful to extend. However It comes as no surprise that Nzonzi has completed a summer move away from the Britania after enticing interest from numerous clubs such as rival Premier League outfit Leicester City – who may potentially need to fill the gap that Cambiasso will leave if he chooses not to stay.
The Frenchman will be a big miss for Stoke City, however Stoke could potentially replace him soon, If they can secure the signing of Xherdan Shaqiri from Inter Milan. However, Stoke now face competition from Schalke for the 23-year old according to FcInterNews.it.
