2. James DeGale
James DeGale is on a warpath, after a few great fights, he has proven he has what it takes to be a champion, but he would need to beat possible one of the best champions in the super-middleweight division. A fight against Carl Froch could be the setting DeGale needs to propel his career into the really big spotlight, or it could be the springboard to prove Froch is in fact, a great British boxer. This could be a fight billed as another Best of British fight especially now DeGale has gained a bigger following since the Groves v Froch II fight.
DeGale could prove a very worth adversary for Froch and could be the drive that Froch would need to show he still has his skills and that he is still in fact the ‘Best of British’. he proved it against Groves twice (the first Groves bout was a controversial affair, but there was nothing controversial about the second) Froch v DeGale could water the mouth of British fans and the possibility of selling out either Wembley or his hometown arena could tempt Froch back to boxing.
