• Leicester City defender Liam Moore is likely to move out on loan before the transfer window closes after finding himself down the pecking order under Claudio Ranieri (HITC)
• Everton look set to make a move for Colombian defender Cristian Zapata from AC Milan should John Stones move his anticipated move to Chelsea (The Everton Forum)
• Stoke City are set to complete the signing of Xherdan Shaqiri after he was spotted in the stands in their 1-0 defeat to Liverpool at the weekend (Mirror)
• Manchester United target Sergio Ramos is set to sign a new contract with Real Madrid this week, ruling himself out of a move to Old Trafford (Managing Madrid)
• West Ham United are set to make a surprise move for free agent Joey Barton, with reports suggesting he is undergoing a medical with the Hammers (West Ham Til I Die)
• Roma defender Alessio Romagnoli looks to have rejected a move to either Chelsea or Arsenal to sign with AC Milan for a reported €30 million (Daily Star)
• Valencia defender Nicolas Otamendi is keen on a move to Manchester united after being linked with Louis van Gaal’s side all summer (Metro)
• Out of favour Swansea City striker Michu has been offered to Spanish side Sevilla as all parties look for an amicable end to the on-going saga (Wales Online)
• Spurs are lining up a triple transfer boost with bids for Clinton N’Jie, Javier Hernandez and Saido Berahino all on the cards at White Hart Lane (Goal.com)
• Liverpool have relaunched their bid to sign young Barcelona B star Adama Traore this week and pip other suitors such as rivals Everton and Aston Villa to the signing (Metro)
• Manchester United long term target Fabio Coentrao is being touted by Inter Milan too, despite the Red Devils hoping he may form part of the deal that takes David De Gea to Madrid (Express)
• Sunderland are set to snatch Jordan Rhodes from under North-East rivals Middlesbrough’s nose with a cash plus player deal to bring the striker to the Black Cats (Metro)
• Rumours continue to persist that Karim Benzema has been flown in to have his medical at Arsenal ahead of a move to the Emirates from Real Madrid (Football Talk)
• Crystal Palace striker Gelnn Murray has insisted he is happy to stay at Selhurst Park despite interest from newly promoted Bournemouth who tabled a £3 million bid last week (Croydon Advertiser)
• Newcastle United striker Papsiss Cisse has committed his immediate future to the Magpies despite interest from Turkish clubs Fenerbahce and Trabzonspor (ESPN)
