• Reading midfielder Hope Akpan is set to make the move to Blackburn Rovers after being spotted in the crowd at Ewood park at the weekend (Get Reading)
• Fulham now seem to be leading the chase for Crystal Palace striker Dwight Gayle as well as tying up a deal for Lewis Dunk from Brighton (Metro)
