Shooter Steve Scott has secured another medal for Team GB after he won bronze in the Olympic double trap shooting event.
Scott’s perfect score of 30 saw him finish ahead of fellow Brit Tim Kneale to give Team GB their second shooting bronze after Ed Ling came third on day three.
Fehaid Aldeehani won gold ahead of Italian Marco Imnocenti after the shooter from Kuwait won 26-24 in the final.
Aldeehani, won won bronze in Sydney 2000 and London 2012, becomes the first Kuwaiti competitor to win a gold at the Olympics, but following his countries suspension by the Game’s governing body, he is competing under the International Olympic Committee flag.
It was a disappointing afternoon for world number James Willett who was eliminated following a shoot off against the British duo.
