Interested in writing for The Sports Lowdown?

The Sports Lowdown are always looking for writers to contribute to our online news and opinion site and we have opportunities for writers to developer there skills, whether it be to forge a career in the sports journalism industry or just because you enjoy writing about your chosen sport and offering the latest news and opinions to the public.

We have opportunities for writers for the following sports and we’d love to hear from you if you are interested:

• Cricket
• Rugby Union
• Formula 1
• Golf
• Tennis
• Boxing
• Darts
• American Sports
• Plus many other sports………

We try to cover as many sports as possible so even if you don’t think we cover your sport, we would love to see it added to The Sports Lowdown, so please contact us and we will add your sport to our site!

We know many writers have their normal jobs and that you may only be able to offer one article when time permits for our site. Well we know that one article is just as important as our regular contributors and we want as many writers as possible to join our site and give your news and opinions on the site.

Whilst at the moment we are unable to offer any remuneration for your articles we do have a plan to grow the site to one day be able to offer our writers opportunities to earn some extra income on the side. In the meantime we are looking to offer incentives to our writers and there will be monthly prizes on offer such as tickets to sports events, vouchers and cash.
