• Bournemouth are close to agreeing a season long loan deal for Chelsea winger Christian Atsu who spent last season on loan at Everton (Football 365)
• Spurs and Southampton are battling it out for the signature of Borussia Dortmund midfielder Sven Bender. Dortmund’s valuation of £20 million has not warned any suitors off. (Daily Mail)
• Galatasaray have reportedly signed Arsenal misfit Lukas Podolski for £1.4 million. The German international spent the second half of last season out on loan at Inter Milan (Talksport)
• Newcastle have turned down bids from clubs in Russia, China and Qatar for want-away striker Papiss Cisse as they try to create a fund for a summer spending spree (TheMag)
• Inter Milan have reportedly rejected an offer of £22 million plus Mario Ballotelli from Liverpool for the services of Croatian midfielder Mateo Kovacic (Talksport)
• Southampton face a fight to keep hold of star striker Graziano Pelle after newly promoted Italian Serie A side Bologna have made the Italian international their number one priority. (HITC)
• Southampton look set to complete the signing of Malaga striker Juanami who has been attracting the attention of Premier League sides West Ham and Newcastle (FourFourTweet)
• Galatasaray are looking to end the hell off Spurs striker Roberto Soldado and match his wages at White Hart Lane which are reported to be a hefty £3 Million (101 Great Goals)
• Aston Villa are reported to have had a bid for Nice left-back Jordan Amavi accepted by the French club, however the player is said to be unenthusiastic about a move to the Midlands (avillafan)
