New Zealand’s Craig Caldwell has secured his place at the PDC TABtouch Perth Darts Masters and the Sydney Darts Masters and will be the DPNZ qualifier for both events in August.
Caldwell firstly qualified for the event in Perth, and he beat Mike Day 5-1, Warren Parry 6-4 and finally Rob Szabo 7-4 in the final. However, the runner-up Szabo will compete in the Auckland Masters at the end of August as DBNZ number one.
After that, Caldwell then won his place at the Sydney Masters after beating Mark McGrath 5-1, Mike Day 6-5, and lastly Cody Harris 7-4 in the final of the Sydney qualifying event.
Craig Caldwell will join Paul Nicholson and Simon Whitlock, who will be taking part in all three PDC Oceanic events this August and Kyle Anderson, who so far has been confirmed a place in the TABtouch Perth Darts Masters.
Loz Ryder has booked his place at the PDC Sydney Darts Masters, and will take his place alongside Paul Nicholson, Simon Whitlock and Craig Caldwell as the Oceanic representatives, along with four others, who will be confirmed in the weeks leading up to the event.
